Ocado Internal Communications Strategy

When the 2020 pandemic hit, Ocado needed assistance with its internal communications. It wanted a complete wellbeing communications strategy to help employees cope with the challenges of lockdown. I designed a wellbeing communications strategy to help employees across all areas of work and life, with a comms hub and weekly communications. I also researched, wrote and delivered six live parenting webinars to 20,000 employees across the world, helping with their work/life balance while also being full time lockdown carers. 

 

I developed and created the Ocado@20 communications strategy which celebrated 20 years of Ocado. The project ran from August to December 2020 with themed months and activities. It culminated in a commemorative Ocado@20 Story book, capturing employee memories, photos, achievements and stories. It was a great success!
